In response to numerous complaints from students and parents about the technical problems faced during the re-evaluation process, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has requested a comprehensive report from the CBSE. To enhance the system's stability and improve the Board's digital capabilities, experts from IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur, along with four public sector banks—State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, and Indian Bank—are now collaborating with the CBSE to strengthen its payment gateway and integrate it with the post-examination services portal.

Students seeking re-evaluation have reported persistent issues on the portal, such as server outages, failures in the payment gateway, difficulties logging into accounts, unclear scanned copies of answer sheets, and various operational problems.
Re-checking Application Timeline

Students who apply for re-checking their answer sheets by May 25 will receive scanned copies of their evaluated papers. If they notice any discrepancies or wish to pursue a full re-evaluation upon receiving these copies, they can submit an application for 'Verification/Re-evaluation' within two days.
