Bihar Board Extends Class 10 Registration Deadline for 2026 Exams

Students preparing for the Bihar Board examination in 2026 have received positive news. The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has once again prolonged the registration deadline for the Class 10 board exams. The new deadline for registration is now set for September 15, 2025. Interested candidates can complete their registration online via the official BSEB website.

Additionally, the deadline for submitting the registration fee is September 12, 2025.

During the registration phase, candidates must download the previously filled declaration form to verify their details. This form needs to be signed by the student’s parents or guardians and the school head, and then uploaded to the committee's portal.

Steps for Registration:

1. Visit the official BSEB website at biharboardonline.com.

2. Click on the link for the Bihar Board Exam 2026 Secondary on the homepage.

3. A new page will appear where students can register for the examination.

4. After registration, fill out the application form.

5. Proceed to pay the application fee.

6. Click submit and download the confirmation page.

7. Retain a hard copy for future reference.

In the previous year, the Class 10 results were announced on March 29, while the Class 12 results were released on March 25. A total of 15,58,077 candidates participated in the Bihar Board Matriculation Examination, comprising 8,05,392 girls and 7,52,685 boys. Out of these, 12,79,294 students successfully passed, with 6,49,674 girls and 6,29,620 boys achieving success. The overall pass percentage stood at 82.11%. Notably, Sakshi Kumari, Anshu Kumari, and Ranjan Verma emerged as the toppers with an impressive score of 97.8%, equivalent to 489 marks.
