UPSSSC Releases PET Admit Cards for 2025 Exam

Admit Card Availability for Preliminary Eligibility Test
The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has made the admit cards for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) available for download. Candidates intending to take the PET can access their admit cards from the official website.
To download the admit card, candidates must visit upsssc.gov.in and enter their registration ID or application number along with their date of birth or password.
Exam Schedule and Format
The PET is scheduled for September 6 and 7, 2025, and will be conducted in two shifts: the first from 10 AM to 12 PM and the second from 3 PM to 5 PM. The examination will take place in various districts throughout the state in an offline format.
This exam serves as a qualifying test for Group C positions. Passing the PET is essential for candidates wishing to participate in future Group C recruitment examinations, marking it as a crucial step for those seeking government jobs in Uttar Pradesh.
City Intimation Slip
In addition to the admit cards, the commission has also issued city intimation slips for the PET 2025. Exam Pattern Details
The UP PET will feature an OMR-based format consisting of 100 questions. Each correct answer will earn 1 mark, while 0.25 marks will be deducted for incorrect responses. The total duration of the exam will be 2 hours, and the question paper will be available in both Hindi and English.
