UPSC Civil Services Mains Exam Results Released
The results for the Civil Services Mains Exam conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) were made public on November 11, 2025. This year, 2,736 candidates have successfully qualified and will proceed to the interview stage.
Candidates who participated in the 2025 Civil Services Mains Exam can view their results on the official UPSC website, upsc.gov.in. A total of 2,736 candidates have been declared successful and are now eligible for the interview round.
The Mains Exam took place from August 22 to August 31, 2025, in two shifts: the first from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the second from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. This examination aims to fill 979 vacancies.
All candidates who pass the Mains Exam will be invited for a personality test (interview) at the UPSC headquarters located at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi. The specific dates for the interviews will be announced shortly on the UPSC website. Candidates must download their e-summon letters from the site.
Important Note:
Candidates who qualify for the interview must complete the Detailed Application Form (DAF-II) online. Failure to submit the DAF-II will render candidates ineligible for the interview. The UPSC Civil Services Examination consists of three phases: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Interview. Successful candidates will be appointed to esteemed services such as IAS, IPS, IFS, and IRS.

To access the results, candidates should visit the UPSC website at upsc.gov.in and click on the "Civil Services Mains Result 2025" link. A PDF file will open, displaying the names and roll numbers of the successful candidates. This file can be downloaded and printed for future reference.
