Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has announced the paper pattern and syllabus for Uttar Pradesh Combined State/Upper Subordinate Service Examination 2016. The Preliminary Examination for the post of Upper Subordinate Services is scheduled to be held 20.3.2016 and Main Exam Date is Scheduled as 24.6.2016.
The commission has announced the last date of form submission to be 11.2.2016 and for the fee deposition as 8.2.2106. The Paper pattern as conveyed is that the preliminary examination will have Objective Type and Multiple Type Questions, Main Examination will be written Examination which is the conventional type which will be followed by viva-voce for personality test/ Interviews.

- Preliminary Examination
The Exam will be two objective type papers and will be conducted on OMR sheet. The Exam will be of 200 Marks each and 2 hours each. The Exam will have 150 and 100 questions respectively.
