UP Board Compartment Exam Results Announced



The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has published the results for the 2026 compartment and improvement exams for both Class 10 and Class 12. The announcement was made on August 17 at 11:30 AM. The Class 10 compartment exam achieved a remarkable pass rate of 98.95%, while the Class 12 compartment exam recorded a pass percentage of 79.29%.

Accessing Results Online


The results for the 2026 Class 10 and 12 compartment/improvement exams are now available online. Students can check their results on the official UP Board website, upmsp.edu.in.


Steps to Check Your Results


1. Visit the official website at upmsp.edu.in.


2. Click on the "High School (Class X) Compartment / Improvement 2026" link on the homepage.


3. For Class 12, click on the "Class XII Compartment Exam Result 2026" link.


4. A new page will appear; select your district and year, then enter your roll number.


5. Your marksheet will be displayed and can be downloaded.


Details on Class 10 Compartment Exam Participants


The UP Board has provided insights into the Class 10 compartment/improvement exam for 2026. A total of 20,855 students registered, including 15,705 boys and 5,150 girls. Out of these, 19,394 students participated in the exam, comprising 14,616 boys and 4,778 girls.


Of those who took the exam, 19,191 students passed, with 14,456 boys and 4,735 girls achieving success. The overall pass percentage for the Class 10 compartment/improvement exam was 98.95%, with boys at 98.91% and girls at 99.10%.


Details on Class 12 Compartment Exam Participants


For the Class 12 compartment exam, 21,227 students registered, consisting of 11,256 boys and 9,971 girls. According to the UP Board, 10,839 boys and 9,701 girls appeared for the exam, totaling 20,540 participants.


The results showed that 8,388 boys and 7,898 girls passed, leading to a total of 16,286 successful candidates. The overall pass percentage for the Class 12 compartment exam was 79.29%, with boys at 77.39% and girls at 81.41%.
