Rajasthan Public Service Commission has announced Examination Calendar 2016. As per sources, RPSC is focusing to organize examinations for 15336 posts for an estimated of 7 lakh candidates. There are 3 main examinations on priority namely RAS Main Exam 2013, College Lecturer Examinations and Principal School Education.

The Calendar as issued by the Board primarily focuses on big examinations to be organized. The Month of January will have Online Examinations for the Post of Lecturer Technical Educations. RAS Main Examinations will be organized in the month of February from 25 Feb to 28 Feb for 990 post and as per an estimations a number of 24000 candidates will appear in the Examination. In the month April, Examination for 29 subjects and 1248 posts will be organized for College Education Department and a Number of 95000 candidates will appear in the said examinations.

As per the Calendar, College Lecturer Examination will be held online. Initially College lecturer were to be appointed through direct recruitment but later Board decided to organize Online Examinations for the said post through the month. The Examinations will be held for 29 subjects and will consist 70 papers.

Competitive Examinations for Faculty School Education will be held in May 2016. This is supposed to be the important and big Examinations of all. The Examination will be conducted for School Faculties for Board Of Secondary Education Rajasthan for 13098 posts. As per a  study, an Estimated number for 5 lakh 95 thousand (595000) candidates  will appear in the said Examination.

The Examination Schedule for RAS 2016  will be declared soon. The declarations for the said examination will be published specifically as per the Board’s Notifications. Further details for the Examinations will be available at the Official Website.

As per the Calendar issued by the Board, There are big examinations in the first five months from January to May. Also the months from June to September has some small examinations. But the months from October to December have no examinations scheduled till date as per the calendar.
