Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct Combined Graduate Level 2016. The registrations will commence from February 13, 2016 and will end on March 14, 2016. Important Dates:

Registration starts from: 13 February, 2016

Registration ends for Paper I: 10th March,2016 (Extended till 21st March 2016)

Registration ends for Paper II: 14th March 2016 (Extended till 24th March 2016)

SSC CGL 2016 Tier 1 Examination Dates: 8 and 22 May, 2016

SSC CGL 2016 Tier 2 Examination Dates: 13 and 14 August, 2016

Educational qualification:

Graduated from a recognised university/institution.
Need of additional qualification

Age limit:

Minimum required age is 18 years and maximum required age is 28 years.
Relaxation in age will be provided as per the government norms.

Selection process:

The selection process is divided into the following three parts:

Tier-1 exam
Tier-II exam
Interview/skill test

Tier 1 exam:

It is a common exam for all the posts and comprises of four sections namely, general intelligence, general awareness, quantitative aptitude and English comprehension.
Each section will carry 50 marks. The duration of the test is two hours and maximum marks are 200.
