Salary and Selection Process
Compensation: The salary for MMGS-III ranges from ₹85,920 to ₹105,280, while MMGS-II offers a salary between ₹64,280 and ₹93,960, along with additional allowances.

Eligibility Criteria for Bank Positions
Qualifications Required:
For the Manager role, candidates must hold a B.E./B. Tech degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field, or possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree with at least 60% marks from a recognized institution. A minimum of five years of relevant work experience is also necessary. The qualifications for the Deputy Manager position are similar, but candidates with three years of experience may also apply.
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 28 and 35 years old for the Manager role, and between 25 and 32 years for the Deputy Manager role as of August 31, 2025. Age relaxation will be provided for candidates from reserved categories as per bank policies.
