RRB Exam Pattern:
Written exam will be consists of 100 multiple choice questions carrying one and half marks each. Negative marking will be done for each wrong answer, 1/3 marks will be deducted from each question.

RRB Syllabus:
General Knowledge: MCQ’s will be asked from Current affairs, major finance/ economic news, budget and 5 3 years plans, who is who, sports, books and honors, science, abbreviations, important days, national and international organizations.
Arithmetic Ability: Questions will be asked from Maths till graduation level, question from number system, HCF/ LCM, simplification, decimal fractions, ratio and proportions, unitary method, percentage, time and distance, time and work, prift and loss, average, simple and compound interest, mensuration and data interpretation.
Technical Ability: questions will be asked to test technical knowledge about the profession and presence of mind of candidates.
Reasoning Ability: Questions will be asked from number series, alphabet, direction test, coding decoding, number ranking, arithmetical reasoning, age calculation, blood relations and analogy.
Non-Verbal: Questions will be asked from non-verbal series, mirror images, cubes and dice, grouping identical figures, embedded figures etc.
