RPSC Junior accountant Exam Leaked & Cancelled 2015

RPSC Junior Accountant Exam Paper was leaked due to which paper held on 2 august 2015 is not been considered by the government of India. Several people have been arrested by Police after they were allegedly caught cheating while appearing for the Junior Accountant Selection examination organized by Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC). Police has recovered high tech devices including micro-bluetooth and jackets from two key accused.

Two accused were identified as Babulal Jat and Bhagirath Vishnoi of Jhalor. According to “Ad.S.P Hanuman Prasad, police arrested both of them from National Highway No.27 in a routine barricading”. The accused were found with several hi-tech instruments and were heading towards Gogunda from Udaipur. Finding them suspicious police detained them and during interrogation they revealed the scam. The accused informed police that they were about to provide these instrument to some students appearing for exams to help them cheat. Moreover, they charged Rs.1.5 -4.5 Lac from each candidate. The accused hired experts of various subjects including English, Mathematics, History, General Knowledge and Science and gave them Rs. 1000 for every correct answer. Those experts sit at a place where more than 40 people were provided the answers through mobile phones, said SP.

Following their arrest, police issued alerts in the State and raids were conducted in examination centers located in Barmer, Pali, Rajasamand and Jaipur resulting in several arrests. S.P Rajendra Prasad Goyal informed that, soon after receiving the information, police team from Hiran Magri Police station led by SHO Chagan Purohit immediately reached the exam center and nabbed one student Khetram Vishnoi from Jodhpur. The accused Babulal and Bhagirath also informed about their aide Jagdish Vishnoi who supplied the instrument to several other students all over state. Acting on the tip of, police arrested two students from Rajsamand, 2 from Pali and four other key accused were arrested by Barmer Police.

On 5 August, Udaipur police arrested  6 more accused including a teachers and their driver in connection to the case of cheating while appearing for the Junior Accountant’ examination of Rajasthan Public Services Commission. 8 other accused including the 2 master minds of the case.

The accused includes Manohar Lal Suthar (28)a 2^nd grade teacher of Sanchor village, Hariram Vishnoi (34) a Physical Training Instructor at Jhalor, Ram Nivas Vishnoi (25) a 2^nd grade teacher at Jhalor, Dhamma Ram Vishnoi (23) a Patwari of Jhalor, Papuram alias Bhanwar Vishnoi (27) a teacher at Badmer and Khetaram Jaat (32) a driver of Badmer who were arrested based on the information of the previously arrested accused Khetaram Vishnoi who was arrested by the Hiran Magri police on Sunday with a set of high tech micro Bluetooth and specially designed jacket found cheating during the Junior accountant examination of RPSC, said SP Rajendra Prasad Goyal.

The government of India has to take certain steps very quickly in order to control these issues of paper leak. The administration has to be refined. This is now a chain from north to south and has been playing with the career of the students, involvement of teachers in an exam paper leak spam cannot be tolerated and certainly needs punishment.

Lalit Panwar statement on RPSC Junior accountant Exam Leaked & Cancelled 2015:-

“A major overhauling is being done to make the entire education system free of cheating and world class for the exams held under RPSC. Efforts would be made to implement changes in the RPSC system”, said RPSC chairman Lalit Panwar. He added that the system of conducting exams will be studied by going to many countries to make the RPSC examination system better. Along with, jammers will be installed at examination centres to avoid cheating using bluetooth and other technical gadgets.

“Efforts are being made to make the exams to be held in future better and cheating free. The centres that have been notorious for cheating are being closed by blacklisting them. Apart from this, invigilators will be from other cities instead of the same city,” Panwar said. He said directions have been given to ensure there’s no paper leak from printing press. There will be huge change in the entire exam system for which UPSC system is being studied and loopholes will be plugged in.

RPSC is a premier commission of the government of Rajasthan for organizing recruitment exams for officers of various government department of Rajasthan. Mainly it deals with the recruitment of clerical cadre in minimum and Rajasthan Administrative Service and Rajasthan Police Service in the maximum extent. The recruitment of RAS, RPS, RTS and Rajasthan sub-ordinate service is made through an exam organized by the RPSC.
