Punjab Board Date Sheet 2026: A significant update has been announced for numerous students under the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB). The board has officially released the eagerly awaited date sheet for the Class 8, 10, and 12 board examinations for the academic year 2025-26. This announcement will assist students in organizing their study schedules more effectively. Start Dates for Board Exams:
As per the Punjab Board, the Class 8 and Class 12 examinations are set to commence on February 17, 2026. Meanwhile, Class 10 examinations will begin on March 6, 2026. The board has confirmed that the exams for Class 10 and 12 (including open school candidates) will take place from 11:00 AM to 2:15 PM, offering students clarity on the exam timings ahead of time.
Class 10 Examination Timeline:
The Class 10 board exams will kick off on March 6, 2026, with the Social Science subject. This will be followed by the Singing and Music exams on March 7. The Punjabi-A and Punjabi History and Culture exams are scheduled for March 9. The English paper will take place on March 11, Science on March 16, and Mathematics on March 24, 2026. Additionally, the Computer Science exam is set for March 27, Home Science on March 30, and Health and Physical Education on April 1, 2026.
Class 12 Examination Dates:
The Class 12 board exams will start on February 17, 2026, with the Home Science subject. The Economics exam is scheduled for February 25, followed by the Accountancy exam on February 27, 2026. The General English paper will be held on March 7, while the Mathematics exam is set for March 25, and the Chemistry and Dance exams will take place on April 4, 2026.
In the previous year, Class 10 exams were conducted from March 10 to April 4, 2025, and Class 12 exams from February 19 to April 4, 2025.

Students can download their respective class date sheets by visiting the official Punjab Board website at pseb.ac.in. On the homepage, they should click on the link for the Class 8, 10, or 12 date sheet. The complete date sheet will be displayed on the screen, which can then be downloaded and saved for future reference.
