OJEE 2023 Counselling Schedule:
1. Choice-Filling Window (Nov 14):
- Students can select their course preferences until November 14.
2. Mock Seat Allotment (Nov 15):
- A mock seat allotment, based on candidates’ chosen preferences, will be released on November 15.
3. Choice-Locking Facility (Nov 16):
- Candidates can lock in their selected choices for pharmacy courses until November 16.
4. Registration and Choice-Locking Deadline (Nov 17):
- Complete registration and lock in choices by November 17.
5. Data Reconciliation, Verification, and Validation (Nov 18):
- These processes will be conducted to ensure a smooth admission process on November 18.
6. Seat Allotment Result - Round 1 (Nov 20):
- The eagerly awaited seat allotment result for round 1 will be officially released on November 20.
7. Online Reporting (Nov 20 - Nov 24):
- Successful candidates must complete their online reporting between November 20 and November 24.
8. Query Response Deadline (Nov 26):
- The deadline for responding to any queries or concerns related to the admission process is November 26.
OJEE 2023 Counselling: How to Fill Choices:
- Visit the official OJEE website at ojee.nic.in.
- On the homepage, locate and click on the ‘OJEE Pharmacy Choice Filling’ link.
- Enter your login details as required and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
- Proceed to fill in your course choices and preferences, and then click on Submit.
- Download the page for your records and keep a hard copy for future reference.
Important Note:
Candidates who have paid the Part Admission-cum-Seat Confirmation Fee and have verified their documents will be eligible to download their final allotment letter. Subsequently, they are required to report to the allocated institute or college within the stipulated time frame (to be notified later). Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the allotment, and any vacant seats may be filled through institute or college-level admissions, as per the official notification.
