UGC NET December 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has made available the city intimation slip for the upcoming December 2025 UGC NET session. Candidates interested in this examination can access the slip from the official website ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The exam is scheduled to take place from December 31 to January 7 across 85 subjects.

The examination will be conducted in two shifts: the morning session from 9 AM to 12 PM and the afternoon session from 3 PM to 6 PM.
The city intimation slip differs from the admit card as it only provides information regarding the likely city of the examination center. In contrast, the UGC NET admit card contains comprehensive details, including the candidate's name, exam date, time, and the full address of the examination venue.

Key Guidelines for Candidates
Candidates planning to take the UGC NET 2025 exam must adhere to several important guidelines. It is essential to bring the admit card along with a valid photo ID (such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, or Voter ID) to the examination center. Candidates should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the exam start time.

Electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, and Bluetooth gadgets are strictly prohibited in the examination hall. Only a transparent water bottle, a pen, and necessary documents are allowed.

3. Log in using your registration number and date of birth.
4. After logging in, your city slip will be displayed on the screen.
