How to Download the City Slip

Steps to Access Your City Slip Online


To retrieve the JEE Main city slip, follow these steps:


1. Visit the official website.


2. Look for the announcement titled "Advance City Intimation for JEE(Main)-2026 [Session-I] is LIVE!" in the latest news section.


3. Click on "View Examination City".


4. Select your Country, Center, and State of Residence, then enter the captcha code provided.


5. Click the "Proceed" button to view and download your city slip.


Important Information Regarding Admit Cards

Admit Card Release Date


The NTA plans to release the admit cards four days prior to the exam date. Given that the exam is set to commence on January 21st, candidates can expect to download their admit cards around January 17th or 18th. It is essential for candidates to have their admit cards printed and present them at the examination center, along with a valid form of identification. Entry to the examination hall will be denied without both the admit card and ID proof.


Exam Schedule

The JEE Main Session 1 exam will take place from January 21st to January 30th, 2026. The examination will be conducted in two shifts: the first from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the second from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
