NEET UG 2026 Updates

NEET UG 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has reactivated the option for candidates to verify and correct their bank account information following the NEET UG 2026 re-examination. This initiative allows eligible candidates to finalize their application fee refund process smoothly. Candidates can now submit, verify, or amend their bank account details through the official NEET portal until June 30, 2026.

This measure is designed to support candidates who previously entered incorrect banking information or were unable to complete the verification process within the designated timeframe.
To access the refund-related correction feature, candidates must log in using their application number and password. After logging in, they will need to authenticate their identity using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered mobile number and email. Only after successful verification can candidates confirm or update their banking information for the refund process.

Eligibility for Application:

This facility has been reinstated following an earlier correction window offered by the NTA. The NTA has indicated that this new opportunity is aimed at candidates who encountered challenges during the previous verification phase. The refund verification process has attracted considerable attention, particularly after the agency announced the new deadline through its official social media platforms. Many candidates have inquired whether those who have already completed the verification and submitted their bank details need to repeat the process. Others have sought clarification on whether they need to revisit the portal if their banking information was already successfully verified.
