The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has announced an extension for the online application submission for various MHT CET 2026 programs. This information is available through an official notice. Interested candidates can find the details on the official website. As per the announcement, applicants for the Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd), Bachelor of Law (LLB), and Bachelor of Education-Master of Education (BEd-MEd) courses now have until March 3, 2026, to submit their applications. This decision was made by the CET Cell in response to numerous requests from candidates seeking additional time for the registration process. The CET Cell has emphasized that this will be the final extension for the application deadline.

MHT CET 2026 Exam Pattern

For BPed CET 2026:


The examination will consist of two parts:


1. Online Exam – A Computer-Based Test (CBT) featuring multiple-choice questions, held at designated exam centers.


2. Field Assessment – An offline Physical Efficiency Test (PET) to evaluate the candidate's physical fitness.


For LLB (3-year) and BEd–MEd:


These exams will be conducted in a single-phase Computer-Based Test (CBT) format.
