Important Update for Teacher Candidates



Candidates who have not yet submitted their applications for the Madhya Pradesh Middle School and Primary Teacher Eligibility Test (MSPSTET) 2026 have received significant news. The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has announced an extension of the application deadline to October 5, 2026. Additionally, applicants will have the opportunity to correct any mistakes in their forms until October 6, 2026.


Who Should Take This Exam?

As mandated by a Supreme Court ruling, passing the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) is now a requirement for all current teachers. This examination is specifically designed for educators teaching in primary and secondary schools.


Application Fee Details

Teachers currently in service must pay an application fee of ₹1,000. If applying through a kiosk, an additional fee of ₹60 is required, while a fee of ₹20 applies for those filling out the form as registered citizen users.


Steps to Apply

To apply for the MSPSTET, follow these steps:


1. Visit the official website: esb.mp.gov.in.


2. On the homepage, click on the link titled 'Online Form - Eligibility Test 2026 for Teachers Teaching in Primary and Secondary Classes.'


3. Click on the application link to initiate the registration process.


4. After registration, complete the remaining details to finalize your application.


5. Pay the required fee and submit your completed form.


Exam Date and Schedule

The MP Vyapam will conduct the recruitment exam on October 12, 2026. The exam will take place in two shifts: the first from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and the second from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Candidates taking the first shift should arrive at the exam center between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, while those in the second shift must report between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM.


Although the correction window for application forms is open until October 6, there is a possibility that the exam date may be postponed. However, no official announcement has been made regarding this change. Candidates will be notified as soon as updates are available.
