Application Deadline Approaching for SSC Stenographer Exam


The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is nearing the application deadline for the Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Examination, 2025. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and have not yet submitted their applications can do so today on the official SSC website ssc.gov.in.


Applicants must note that the last date to pay the application fee is June 27, 2025. Additionally, a correction window will be available from July 1 to 2, 2025. The computer-based examination is set to take place from August 6 to 11, 2025. This recruitment initiative aims to fill 261 positions in both Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ categories.

Details on Application Fee


The application fee is set at Rs 100. However, women candidates and those belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempt from this fee.
