How to Apply for KSET 2023
Candidates can follow these steps for a successful KSET 2023 registration:
- Visit the official KEA website at kea.kar.nic.in
- Click on the KSET 2023 registration link on the homepage.
- Enter the required registration details on the prompted page.
- Log in using the provided information to access the account.
- Complete the application form with accurate details.
- Make the necessary payment for the application fees.
- Download and keep a hard copy of the confirmation page for future reference.
Applicants registering during this period will be assigned examination centres in Bangalore exclusively, as stated in the official notification. No further registrations for KSET-2023 will be entertained after this window.
Examination Fees for KSET 2023
The examination fee is Rs 1000 for General, Cat-IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB, and other State candidates. For Cat-I, SC, ST, PWD, and Transgender candidates, the fee is Rs 700.
The KSET examination, initially slated for November 26, has been rescheduled to December 31. The exam will comprise two papers, both featuring objective-type Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs).
Successful KSET candidates will adhere to the recruitment norms for Lecturers and Assistant Professors in various universities, colleges, and institutions, whether Government, Aided, or Private across the state. Candidates previously qualified in a specific subject through KSET cannot reapply for the same subject in subsequent exams. Attempting to do so will lead to the cancellation of their candidature, nullifying their previous eligibility.
