ISRO SAC Recruitment 2025 Overview



ISRO SAC Recruitment 2025: The Space Applications Center (SAC) under the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has announced its recruitment notification for the year 2025, targeting Technician 'B' and Pharmacist 'A' roles. Eligible candidates are invited to submit their applications online via www.sac.gov.in or careers.sac.gov.in.


The registration process, along with fee payment, will be open until November 13, 2025. This recruitment initiative aims to fill a total of 55 positions across various technical fields and one pharmacy role.


Eligibility Criteria

Who is Eligible to Apply?


For the Technician 'B' (Post Code 09–15) roles, candidates must have completed Matriculation (10th Class) and hold an ITI, NTC, or NAC certificate in relevant trades such as fitter, electrician, IT, or mechanic. Only qualifications from recognized institutions will be accepted.


Applicants for the Pharmacist 'A' (Post Code 16) position must possess a First Class Diploma in Pharmacy.


Selection Process

How Will Candidates Be Selected?


The selection process will occur in two phases: a written examination followed by a skill test. The written exam will last 90 minutes and consist of 80 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). A penalty of 0.33 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer. The exam will adhere to the syllabus set by the Directorate General of Training (DGT).


Those who pass the written exam will advance to the skill test, conducted in a ratio of approximately 1:5. This skill test is qualifying only, meaning the scores will not contribute to the final merit list.


Application Fee Details

What is the Application Fee?


All applicants are required to pay an online fee of ₹500 using debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI through the application portal on the official website.


Women candidates, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwBD), and ex-servicemen are exempt from this fee. Candidates in these categories will receive a full refund after taking the written examination, while other candidates will get a refund of ₹400 after their exam.
