Dr. Suraj Singh emphasized that applicants must have their APAAR ID ready prior to enrollment. Dr. Suraj Singh has urged all examinees to comply with the examination regulations. Key guidelines include: the prohibition of any electronic devices, including mobile phones, smartwatches, and calculators, as well as books or notes inside the examination hall.
Examinees must present a valid original IGNOU identity card along with their Hall Ticket upon entering the examination hall. If a student does not possess an IGNOU ID, they may use a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Voter ID or Driving License).
