GATE 2026 Registration Opens Soon: Key Dates and Fees
GATE 2026 Registration Details
The Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, has officially launched the website for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2026. Registration will begin on gate2026.iitg.ac.in starting August 25, 2025, with the final date for applications without a late fee set for September 25, 2025.
For those applying with a late fee, the deadline is October 6, 2025. The GATE 2026 examination is scheduled to take place from February 7 to 15, 2026. Candidates who are in their third year or higher of any undergraduate program, or those who have completed a government-recognized degree in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, Arts, or Humanities, are eligible to take the GATE 2026.
