The CBSE has provided school principals with an additional chance to amend errors in the LOC for their students. This includes correcting details such as student names, parent names, birth dates, and subject selections.


Deadline Today


The correction window opened on October 13, 2025, and today, October 27, 2025, is the last day for updates. Schools that have not yet made the necessary changes must do so today, as no further modifications will be permitted afterward. Submitting incorrect information could result in complications related to admit card issuance, exam results, and certificate discrepancies.


Projected Student Participation


CBSE has announced that around 4.5 million students are expected to participate in the upcoming Class 10 and 12 board examinations this year.


Practical Exam Schedule Announced


The schedule for practical exams in 2026 has also been released, with practical assessments taking place from February 17 to July 15, 2026. These exams will be conducted from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., while certain subjects, like painting or automotive, will conclude by 12:30 p.m.
