GATE Application Fees

Application fees for GATE are as follows:

For female, SC/ST, and PWD candidates, the fee is ₹1,000 for each test paper. Other candidates, including NRIs, are required to pay ₹2,000 per test paper. This fee applies for applications submitted between August 28, 2025, and September 28, 2025. Applications made between September 29, 2025, and October 9, 2025, will incur an additional ₹500 charge.
