Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply?

Those with an MA in Hindi or English, along with translation experience or a diploma, can apply for Junior Translation Officer roles. Candidates with a Commerce background or CA/MBA can apply for the Accounting Officer position. A graduation degree in any field qualifies one for the Assistant Secretary role, while a Master's degree with at least 55% marks is required for Assistant Professor positions.


Age Limit

Age Requirements:


The age limits for various positions are as follows:



  • Assistant Secretary and Accounts Officer: Maximum 35 years


  • Assistant Professor, Superintendent, and Junior Translation Officer: Maximum 30 years


  • Junior Accountant and Junior Assistant: Maximum 27 years



Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxations.
