Registration Process for Semester Exams


Delhi University (DU) has initiated the registration process for the upcoming December-January semester examinations for the academic year 2026-27, starting from September 1. Undergraduate (UG) students enrolled in the 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th semesters, along with Postgraduate (PG) students from Regular, NCWEB, and SOL streams, can fill out their forms without incurring a late fee until 11:59 PM on October 15. Additionally, there is an option to submit forms with a late fee until October 30. The examinations are set to commence on December 4. Students are required to complete their form submissions via the Samarth portal using their enrollment numbers.


Late Fee Submission Deadline
Students who have already registered can log in directly to the portal. They need to choose the correct courses—be it Regular, ER (Essential Repeat), or Improvement—and pay the necessary fees. It is important to use personal mobile numbers and email addresses for OTP verification. After submitting the form, the respective college or department will verify the student's information, previous submissions, eligibility for promotion, and course availability. This verification must be finalized by October 30, which is also the deadline for any corrections to be made.
