CUET PG 2026 Exam: The National Testing Agency has officially released the exam dates and the subject-wise timetable for the Common University Entrance Test PG 2026. This entrance examination is set to take place from March 6 to March 27, 2026, and will be conducted exclusively in a computer-based testing format.


Exam Schedule and Format

The examination will occur over 44 shifts, with two to three sessions scheduled each day. A total of 157 subjects will be assessed. The opening day will feature subjects including Yoga, Sports Science, Sanskrit, Urdu, and Textile Design. Candidates can refer to the detailed schedule to find the specific dates and shifts for their chosen subjects.


Key Dates for Candidates

Exam Dates:
The registration period for the CUET PG exam was from December 14, 2025, to January 25, 2026. A correction window was available from January 28 to 30, allowing candidates to amend their applications. The exam will be held on March 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, and 27, 2026, in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format. Each shift will last for 90 minutes, with a total of 44 shifts planned.


Candidate Registration and Subjects

Registered Candidates:
This year, 411,366 candidates have registered for the 157 subjects available. As in previous years, candidates were permitted to select up to four exam papers or subjects.


City Information Slip Release

City Information Slip:
Most question papers for the CUET PG 2026 exam will be available in both Hindi and English (bilingual). However, 41 language papers will be conducted in their respective languages. M.Tech and Higher Science papers will be exclusively in English, while Acharya course papers will be in Sanskrit. Papers on Indian Knowledge Systems and Buddhist Philosophy will be offered in Hindi, Sanskrit, and English. The exam city information slip is expected to be released on the official website about ten days prior to the exam date.
