CTET 2026 Update: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has initiated the online correction facility for the 22nd Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2026, starting from September 7. Candidates who have completed their application forms can now make necessary adjustments through the official site, ctet.nic.in. This correction window will be accessible until September 10, 2026, allowing candidates to update their application details.
The official announcement indicates that individuals who registered for the CTET during the extended application phase, as well as those who submitted their forms earlier, are eligible to amend their application details before the cutoff date. It is crucial to note that once the correction window closes, no further modifications will be permitted under any circumstances. The revised exam date for CTET 2026 has yet to be disclosed by the exam authority.
CBSE had reopened the application portal from August 25 to September 1, 2026, for candidates who missed the initial registration period. The first registration window was available from May 11 to June 10, 2026.
How to Make Corrections in CTET Application 2026:
To edit or update your CTET application form, follow these steps:
- Visit the official website, ctet.nic.in.
- On the homepage, click on the "CTET Sep 2026 Correction Window" link.
- Select the login option after clicking the link.
- Input your application number, password, and the captcha code displayed on the screen, then click 'Login'.
- Make the required changes to your application form.
- After making the changes, save and submit the application form.
- Ensure to verify all corrections before submission, as no further changes will be allowed afterward.
