CEED & UCEED 2024: Exam Day Guidelines and Important Tips

The Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) 2024 and the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED) 2024 will be conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay tomorrow on January 21, 2024. The exam schedule and admit cards have already been released by IIT Bombay, and candidates who haven't downloaded their hall tickets yet can do so through the official websites eed.iitb.ac.in and uceed.iitb.ac.in.

As per the official program, the exam will be held in a single session from 9 AM to 12 PM. All candidates are required to reach the exam center by 7 AM. The institute has issued certain guidelines that all candidates must adhere to during the examination:

Guidelines:

1. Candidates must carry an official photo ID along with the admit card.
2. Essential tools such as pencils, erasers, and other necessary items should be carried in a transparent pouch.
3. Sketch pens, colored pencils, poster colors, and other coloring materials are not allowed inside the exam hall.
4. No candidate will be allowed entry into the examination center without the admit card.
5. Mobile phones, smartphones, watches, calculators, and any electronic devices are strictly prohibited.
6. All candidates must remain in the exam center for the entire duration of the entrance exam.

Important Dates:

• Provisional answer key will be released on January 23, 2024.
• Candidates can register their objections until January 25, 2024, by 5 PM.
• The final answer key will be released on January 31, 2024.
• Results are expected to be announced between March 6 and March 8, 2024.

Candidates are advised to carefully follow the instructions provided by the institute and reach the examination center well in advance. The provisional answer key will be released shortly after the completion of the exam, allowing candidates to raise objections within the stipulated timeframe. The final answer key and results will follow in due course.
