CBSE Class 12 Examination Results Announced



The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced the results for the Class 12 examinations today, May 13. Around 18.5 lakh students who participated in the exams can access their results by visiting the official websites: cbse.gov.in or results.cbse.nic.in. The results are available based on different streams. Additionally, students can also retrieve their results through DigiLocker, SMS, and the UMANG app.


Pass Percentage and Gender Breakdown

This year, the overall pass percentage for the CBSE Class 12 examination stands at 85.20%. Notably, female students achieved a pass percentage of 88.86%, while male students recorded a pass percentage of 82.13%.

Post-Result Information

**Minimum Passing Marks**


To pass the CBSE Class 12 examination, students must achieve at least 33 percent marks. Those who do not pass in one or two subjects will have the opportunity to take compartment examinations, with applications for these exams opening soon.
