CBSE Announces Registration Schedule for Special Needs Students for 2026 Board Exams

Registration Schedule for Divyang Students
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has unveiled the registration timeline for Divyang students participating in the 10th and 12th board examinations for the year 2026. Students are required to register and submit essential documents via the Pariksha Sangam portal.
This initiative aims to provide necessary support to Children With Special Needs (CWSN), ensuring they can access required facilities during their exams and take them without obstacles.
CBSE has instructed all affiliated schools nationwide to register eligible students on the Pariksha Sangam portal within the designated timeframe. Schools are also tasked with uploading accurate documents and medical certificates.
Registration Timeline
The registration process is set to commence on September 9, 2025 (Tuesday) and will conclude on September 22, 2025 (Monday) at 11:59 PM. Schools must ensure that they complete the registration of eligible students within this period to guarantee timely access to necessary facilities during the exams.
Steps for Schools to Follow
1. **Identifying CWSN Students** – Eligible students must be marked in the candidate list during registration.
2. **Document Submission** – Schools must upload medical or disability certificates on the online portal.
3. **Selecting Exam Facilities** – Facilities required for each student must be chosen based on their individual needs.
4. **Adhering to SOPs** – It is crucial to follow the standard operating procedures outlined by CBSE.
Benefits for Students
Once registration is finalized, the selected facilities for CWSN students will be noted on their admit cards. This ensures that examination centers are prepared in advance, allowing students to benefit from additional time, separate seating arrangements, writer assistance, or other special provisions as needed.
