XAT 2024: All You Need to Know About Exam Day Guidelines

Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur, is gearing up to conduct the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2024 tomorrow, on January 7. Candidates appearing for the XAT exam are reminded to bring their admit card along with a valid ID proof. The download link for the XAT admit card is accessible on the official website.

As per the XAT paper pattern, the exam will run for a duration of 3.5 hours, from 2 PM to 5:30 PM. The test will encompass questions from decision-making, general knowledge, quantitative ability and data interpretation, analytical essay writing, and verbal and logical reasoning sections.

To download the XAT exam admit card, candidates must log in to the official XAT website, click on the admit card link, input the required credentials like email ID and password, and submit. The XAT 2024 admit card will then be displayed on the screen.

Guidelines for XAT 2024 Exam Day:

• Candidates are advised to arrive at the examination centre at least one hour before the exam commences.
• Essential items to carry include a ballpoint pen, XAT admit card, photo ID proof, and a passport-size photograph.
• Mobile phones, pagers, watches, iPads, calculators, and similar devices are prohibited inside the exam hall.
• Candidates should refrain from wearing jewelry and heavy outfits within the exam hall.
• Self-attestation on the self-declaration form before reaching the exam centre is mandatory.

XAT 2024 Marking Scheme:

• Each correct answer earns one mark.
• For every incorrect answer, there will be a deduction of 0.25 marks.
• A deduction of 0.10 marks will be applied for more than eight unattempted questions.
• There is no negative marking for the GK section.
