UPMSP UP Board Class 10th, 12th compartment exam registration begins

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad has initiated the registration process for compartment students. Students from Uttar Pradesh who wish to apply for improvement or have failed in two subjects are required to submit the form along with the prescribed fees. The procedure must be completed on the official website of the board at upmsp.edu.in. According to the board's notification, registration began on May 17 and will end on June 7, 2023. These dates pertain to the theory examination, while the Uttar Pradesh Board will announce new dates for the practical examination. The board is expected to release the dates soon, so students are advised to regularly check the official website for updates.

Candidates have the option to apply for improvement examinations in any one subject, whereas they can apply for any two papers for compartment exams. The examination fee for each subject in the compartment examination is Rs 256. Candidates must submit their compartment applications to the UP Board regional office. A UP Board student should download the receipt and application form and then submit the application along with the required examination fees. These documents must be sent via registered mail to the relevant regional offices of the Council.

It is important to note that the UP Board compartment or improvement examination process is entirely conducted online, and no regional centers will be responsible for handling the process. In case of any confusion, students can contact their school authorities or the UPMSP helpline numbers. The compartment and improvement examinations are specifically for Uttar Pradesh class 10th and 12th students, so the board will generate separate links for each. Meanwhile, girls have once again outperformed boys in the class 10th and 12th board exams. In the class 10 results, girls achieved a pass percentage of 93.34%, while boys qualified with 86.64%. Similarly, girls achieved an 83.00% pass percentage in the class 12 results, whereas boys achieved a pass percentage of 69.34%.
