Course Details:

  • Duration: The course spans one year and will commence in April 2024.
  • Curriculum: Participants will undergo training in various computer-related subjects, including computer operation, Hindi typing and shorthand, secretarial systems, general knowledge, general mathematics, Hindi, general English, and bookkeeping. Additionally, they will receive preparation for competitive exams.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Applicants must have passed at least the intermediate examination and should have studied the English subject in high school.
  • Age Limit: Candidates should be aged between 18 to 35 years as of April 1, 2024. However, there's a relaxation of five years in the upper age limit for Scheduled Castes/Tribes and Other Backward Classes candidates.

Reservation and Additional Skills:

  • Reserved Seats: 3% of the total sanctioned posts are reserved for disabled candidates belonging to the aforementioned categories.
  • Preference: Candidates with proficiency in Hindi shorthand, typing, and computer skills will be given preference.

Application Process:

  • Interested candidates need to submit their documents and application forms to the Regional Service Office by March 23, 2024.
  • Required documents include photocopies of educational qualifications, caste certificate, registration card, and a self-addressed envelope with a postal stamp for Room No. 21 and 22 at the Employment Office, Meerut.
  • Interviews for Scheduled Caste candidates (Male and Female) will be conducted on March 27 and March 28, 2024, respectively. For Other Backward Class candidates, the interview will take place on March 30, 2024, at 10:30 am.
