UP Board Exam 2024: UPMSP Announces Dates for Submission of Class 10, 12 Registration Forms

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has announced the dates for online form submission for the high school (class 10) and intermediate (class 12) examinations in 2024. The official notification can be found on the UP Board's website at upmsp.edu.in. As per the schedule, the last date for school principals to collect examination fees from students appearing in the board exams is August 5, 2024. These fees must be submitted to the state treasury by August 10. Principals have been granted permission to collect examination fees from students, along with a late fee of Rs 100, until August 16. Additionally, they are required to upload all student details by August 20. Any corrections or changes to the students' information can be made until August 21.

According to the official notice, the headmasters/principals should obtain a checklist of the uploaded student details and carefully verify the accuracy of information such as names, parents' names, dates of birth, subjects, and photos, within a designated period. During this period, any updates on the website will be restricted.

Once the correction process is completed, school principals must send a photocopy of the registered candidates' list along with the relevant treasury document to the regional offices of the Board through the District Education Inspector's office by September 30.

The practical exams or internal assessments for candidates appearing in the UP Board's High School and Intermediate "Improvement-Compartment Examination" have been rescheduled. The new dates for the practical exams are July 25 and July 26, which were announced in a recent notice issued by board secretary Divyakant Shukla. Following the conclusion of the practical exams, school principals are instructed to provide subject-wise marks for internal assessments of high school students. The deadline for submitting these marks to the regional offices is July 28.

This year, a total of 44,669 students have registered for the improvement or compartment exams, with 18,400 students for the high school improvement-compartment exam and 26,269 students for the intermediate compartment exam.
