The University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) December 2022 results are expected to be announced today, April 9, by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates can access their scorecards on the official website of UGC, ugcnet.nta.nic.in and ntaresults.nic.in, using their application number and date of birth. However, there is no official confirmation regarding the exact date and time of the result declaration from NTA or UGC.

The UGC NET December 2022 was conducted by the National Testing Agency in five phases between February and March for 83 subjects, with 8,34,537 candidates registered for the exam across 663 examination centers in 186 cities. Phase I was conducted from February 21 to 24, followed by Phase II from February 28 to March 3, Phase III from March 3 to 6, Phase IV scheduled for March 11 and 12, and Phase V conducted from March 13 to 16.

  • Enter login details on the new page, and click on the submit option.

The results will be displayed on the screen, and candidates can download and print their scorecards for future reference.

Previously, the UGC released the provisional answer key on March 23, and the final answer key was published on April 6. Candidates who were not satisfied with the answer key were allowed to raise their queries from March 23 to 25. The next step for NTA is to announce candidates' scores and issue the final version of the answer key. Candidates from the unreserved category need to secure at least 40 percent marks, while those from the reserved category need to secure a minimum of 35 percent marks to pass the exam. Candidates must also pass each paper separately and in aggregate.
