On March 23, in Shankar Yadav Tola village of West Champaran district in Bihar, an incident of brutal assault on a Class 5 student took place by three teachers, including the head mistress, of a government school. The assault happened because the student returned to the class 5 minutes late after taking permission to use the toilet.
