Employment News-Education Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary said that the model code of conduct is in force in the state regarding Panchayat elections. After the end of the Model Code of Conduct, the process of recruitment of teachers will be started in the state. In the assembly on Tuesday, in response to a short-listed question of RJD's brother Virendra and Akhtarul Iman's starred question, he told the House that under the sixth phase, proceedings are going on for the appointment of secondary and higher secondary teachers. One and a half lakh teachers are to be appointed in the state.

The Education Minister said that the election of Block Head and Zilla Parishad President is being held in three-tier Panchayats. The elected representatives are the planning authority in the appointment of teachers. In response to the starred question of Kumar Krishna Mohan Yadav alias Suday Yadav, the Education Minister said that 20 decimals of land is required for the establishment of a primary school. Similarly, in response to Vinay Kumar's starred question, he said that the government has set a target of establishing a primary school within one kilometer, a middle school within three kilometers and a high school within five kilometres.

 On the second day of the session in the assembly premises, the leaders of the Grand Alliance demonstrated fiercely. He said that crime and corruption are at its peak in Bihar, on the other hand, police rule is being established in the name of prohibition. Male legislature party leader Mehboob Alam said that liquor is being sold openly in the state. Congress leader Shakeel Ahmed said that the prohibition law is working only on paper. Brother Virendra said that crime has increased and the government is just reviewing.
