Australia ranks 11th, Germany 13th, Canada 14th, the UK 16th, and Sweden 19th in terms of average salaries. South Korea is 24th, Japan 27th, and India is placed 62nd.

Singapore is also among the top countries for income, with an average salary of $4,874 or ₹4,05,714. The United States has an average salary of $4,675, equivalent to ₹3,89,160. Qatar, with an average salary of $4,250, roughly ₹3,53,782, follows. The UAE's average salary is $3,476 (₹2,89,349), Denmark's is $3,428 (₹2,85,353), and the Netherlands, Hong Kong, and Norway also offer good salaries. Netherlands provides $3,404 (₹2,83,360), Hong Kong $3,267 (₹2,71,955), and Norway $3,352 (₹2,79,027). South Korea's average salary is $2,418 (₹2,01,279), while Japan's is $2,177 (₹1,81,218).
In terms of average monthly salary, India is ranked 62nd. According to the data from the World of Statistics, the average monthly salary in India is $598, which is approximately ₹49,777.73. In comparison to Switzerland, this is nearly ten times lower. Pakistan's average salary is $169 (around ₹14,067), placing it 96th, while Bangladesh's average salary is $244 (₹20,310.68), ranking 92nd in the list.
Let's take a look at the average monthly salaries in other countries, including China. According to the World of Statistics, China's average salary is $994, approximately ₹82,738, and it ranks 45th worldwide. Russia is 69th, which is below India.
South Africa has an average salary of $1,177 (₹97,974.54), while Egypt's average monthly salary is $146 (₹12,153.17). In contrast, war-torn Syria has an average salary of just $46 (₹3,829.10).
