teachers will be selected for education policy

Employment News-On the occasion of Shikshak Parv, under the National Education Policy 2020, the names of teachers of the district are being selected on the theme of 10 subjects. The list of selected teachers' names will be sent to the state headquarters, from where the list will be sent to the national level. In this context, DEO Mithilesh Kumar has given necessary directions to all the Block Education Officers of the district.

The DEO has said that the contribution of teachers and their important role in maintaining the continuity of learning and successful organization of Shikshak Parv 2020 and 2021 has been appreciated at every level. During the transition of Kovid-19, the talent and innovation made by the teachers of government and private schools were adopted by the schools and others were also inspired by it. The DEO said that keeping this in mind, the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India has decided to celebrate Shikshak Parv at the state level and at the national level every year.

PPT to be submitted by November 18

In relation to the innovation made by him on the theme selected by the concerned teacher named theme wise, a short writer and PPT will have to be prepared. After preparing it, it will have to be sent to the district office through the block office by November 18.

Innovation will be recognized at the national level

With a view to recognize the talents of teachers, their learning process and innovation, it has been decided to create National Teacher Resource Repository at the national level. In which teachers from all the states of the country will be involved. For this, a State Teacher Resort has to be made at the state level.

In which the teachers will be nominated and sent by the selection committee at the district level. The DEO has said in its instructions that 2 or 3 teachers from each block will be nominated theme-wise from the 10 subjects identified under the National Education Policy 2020.

Must have 5 years training experience

The DEO has said that the applying teacher should have 5 years of education research training experience. It is mandatory for the applying teachers to have experience in conducting teacher training. The applicant should also have experience in leadership work while transitioning to the relevant theme.

On the basis of this only teachers can apply for it. After applying this, the selection of the names of teachers from the block office will be sent to the district level. Where after review at the district level, the name will be sent to the state headquarters. Publicity has to be spread for this at the block level.
