Employment News-Center for Hospitality and Tourism Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University in association with WWF-India organized National Workshop on Community Based Tourism with special focus on Pir Panjal region. Vice Chancellor Professor Akbar Masood appreciated the organizing committee.

Professor Akbar said that community based tourism not only gives you a real insight into local life, but also ensures that your travel experience makes a real difference to the locals. Professor Akbar noted that CBT experiences vary greatly depending on the places you visit and the needs of the local people, which means that every experience is unique.

Professor Iqbal Parvez Dean Academic Affairs lauded the effort of the University for Hospitality and Tourism to play a leading role in conducting the offline program for the first time after the resumption of offline classes. Thanks to eminent speakers traveling from different parts of the country for attending the workshop.
