- Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years) in any field or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law/Engineering from a recognized institution or
- Chartered Accountant/Chartered Financial Analyst/Company Secretary/Cost Accountant.
- Equivalent to a Master’s Degree as recognized by the Association of Indian Universities.
