Employment News-After the increase in the cases of Omicron variant of Corona, it has been decided to close schools and colleges in many states of the country. Amid the rise in COVID cases, several states including UP, Bihar, Maharashtra, Delhi, Punjab have announced closure of schools and other educational institutions. The Uttar Pradesh government on Tuesday ordered the closure of all schools up to class 10th till January 15 and extended the night curfew by two hours. Schools closed in these states

Uttar Pradesh (UP Schools Closed)
To save the children from the epidemic, the UP government has declared a holiday till Makar Sankranti in all government and private schools up to class 10th. But his vaccination will continue during this period.

Maharashtra (Maharashtra Schools Closed)
Maharashtra government has taken an important decision regarding schools. Now schools from class I to VIII have been closed till January 31. Children's offline schools may have been closed but online education will continue.

Bihar (Bihar Schools Closed)
In Bihar, all schools up to class 8 will remain closed, but online classes will continue. According to the order issued by the Home Department late in the evening, all the schools, college coaching centers above class 9 in the state will run with 50 percent attendance. During this, more priority will be given to online classes. This order will remain in force till January 21, 2022. After that further decision will be taken according to the situation.

Delhi (Delhi School Closed)

In view of the increasing threat of Omicron variants, the Delhi government has implemented the GRAP (Graded Response Action Plan). Under this, many restrictions have been imposed in the capital. All schools, colleges, educational institutions and coaching institutes in Delhi have been closed as soon as the Grape is implemented.

West Bengal (West Bengal Schools Closed)
All educational institutions in West Bengal have been closed till 15 January 2022. Only 50 percent employees will come in schools, colleges and universities.

Rajasthan (Rajasthan School Closed)

Schools of classes 1 to 8 have been closed again in Jaipur. Right now only in Jaipur the schools of these classes have been closed.

Punjab (Punjab Schools Closed)
Seeing the increasing threat of Corona virus and Omicron variants, the Punjab government has closed all schools and colleges in the state with immediate effect. As per the order, all educational institutions, schools, colleges, universities and 'coaching centres' will remain closed.
