School in South Delhi Evacuated After Bomb Threat, Nothing Suspicious Found Yet

Officials in South Delhi's Pushp Vihar reported that a school received a bomb threat via e-mail, resulting in the immediate evacuation of the premises and the notification of the police on Tuesday.

In response to the alert from the school authorities, the Delhi Police and a bomb disposal squad swiftly arrived at Amrita School, as stated by a senior police officer. As a precautionary measure, the school was promptly evacuated, and a thorough search of the buildings was conducted. However, no suspicious items or activities were discovered at this point, the officer mentioned. The investigation into the matter is currently ongoing.
