An official notification from SBI stated, "It has come to our attention that certain individuals are perpetrating scams by creating websites that falsely resemble State Bank of India's (SBI) official platforms. Bogus selection lists for SBI positions have been published on these deceptive websites, and fake appointment letters are reportedly being issued under the guise of SBI."

SBI emphatically clarified that the bank never publishes the names of shortlisted or selected candidates on their website. Instead, only roll numbers or registration numbers are made available, and shortlisted or selected candidates are personally notified through SMS, email, or post.

Moreover, the bank asserted that all recruitment-related details such as notices, interview schedules, and final results are exclusively published on two specific websites: https://www.sbi.co.in/careers and https://bank.sbi/careers. SBI urged candidates to cross-verify any communications received in the future for authenticity exclusively from these mentioned websites.

Additionally, SBI has released the SBI Clerk Prelims Admit Card 2024 on its official website - sbi.co.in. To access the admit card, candidates must provide their login credentials, including registration number and date of birth. The examination is scheduled to take place on January 05, 06, 11, and 12.

Candidates are strongly advised to remain vigilant and rely only on the authentic sources mentioned by SBI to avoid falling prey to fraudulent activities.
