The Student Academic Management System (SAMS) has announced the release of the first merit list for Odisha class 12th admissions on July 6. Candidates can now access and download the merit list from the official website, samsodisha.gov.in. The deadline for online transfer applications is July 7 at 5 PM, and the registration for the Common Application Form (CAF) closed on June 30. Selected students are required to report and update necessary documents between July 7 and July 13 at 6 PM. The second merit list will be published on July 19, and classes are scheduled to commence in August.

Step 1: Visit the official website of SAMS at samsodisha.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, select the "School and Mass Education - Higher Secondary School + 2" link.
Step 3: Click on the "Student Login" option.
Step 4: Enter your login credentials and click the submit button to access and download the merit list.

For the SAMS Odisha Plus 2 Admission 2023, the following documents are required:

General category students paid Rs 200 per Common Application Form (CAF) for the Odisha plus 2 admissions, while SC and ST category applicants paid Rs 100 per CAF. Students with a disability of more than 40%, orphans, and transgender applicants were exempted from paying any fees.

In the CHSE Odisha plus 2 arts stream, the pass percentage was 78.88%. A total of 1,81,869 students passed the Plus 2 Arts examination, while 3,860 students cleared the vocational studies exams. Balasore district had the highest pass percentage in the arts stream, with 84.97% of students successfully clearing the exams. On the other hand, Nawarangapur district recorded the lowest pass percentage this year in the arts stream at 70.74%. The pass percentages for the science and commerce streams were 84.93% and 81.12%, respectively.
