Rajasthan Jail Prahari Form Correction Announcement
The Rajasthan Jail Prahari recruitment process has opened for online applications from December 24 to January 22, 2025. The examination is scheduled for April 12, 2025, and will be conducted in two shifts. The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has provided candidates with the opportunity to make corrections to their application forms. Candidates can modify their forms from May 7 to May 16, 2025, with a fee of ₹300 required for the correction.
Details of the Recruitment Process
For the Rajasthan Jail Prahari recruitment, online applications were accepted for a total of 803 positions, which include 759 posts for the non-scheduled area and 44 for the scheduled area. Admit cards for the recruitment were issued on April 8, and the examination will take place in two sessions: the first from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the second from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Cut-Off Marks and Physical Test
The expected cut-off marks for the general category are likely to range between 250 and 270, while for OBC, EWS, and MBC categories, it may be between 235 and 250. For SC and ST categories, the cut-off could be between 210 and 230. Approximately 10 times the number of candidates will qualify for the physical examination, meaning around 8,030 candidates will be called for the running test.
Correction Dates for Application Forms
The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has issued a notice regarding the correction of application forms for the Rajasthan Jail Prahari recruitment 2025. Candidates who have made errors in their application forms can rectify them during the specified period. The online correction window is open from May 7 to May 16, 2025. Candidates can log in to the SSO portal to make the necessary changes, including updates to category, special category, sub-category, marital status, etc., by paying the required fee of ₹300.
