PM to hand over 70,000 appointment letters to recruits under Rozgar mela

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's office has announced that he will distribute approximately 70,000 appointment letters to newly recruited individuals on Tuesday. In addition to the distribution of appointment letters, Prime Minister Modi will also address these appointees during the event. The distribution of these appointment letters will take place on June 13 at 10:30 am through a video conference, according to a statement from the Prime Minister's Office (PMO). These appointment letters are part of the government's Rozgar Mela initiative, which aims to provide employment opportunities.
The Rozgar Mela will be conducted at 43 locations across the country on Tuesday. These recruitments are taking place in various Central government departments as well as state governments and Union Territories that support this initiative. The selected candidates, hailing from different parts of the country, will join various government departments such as the Department of Financial Services, Department of Posts, Department of School Education, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Defence, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Atomic Energy, Ministry of Railways, Department of Audit and Accounts, Department of Atomic Energy, and Ministry of Home Affairs, among others.
The statement highlights that the Rozgar Mela is a significant step towards fulfilling the Prime Minister's commitment to prioritize employment generation. It is expected to act as a catalyst for further employment opportunities and provide meaningful chances for the youth to participate in national development and empower themselves. The newly recruited individuals will also have the opportunity to enhance their skills through Karmayogi Prarambh, an online module available on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. This platform offers over 400 e-learning courses in a format that can be accessed from anywhere and on any device.
