AP POLYCET 2023 Today, Steps to Download Admit Card, Exam Guidelines
Today, on May 10, the Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET AP) will conduct the Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (AP POLYCET) 2023. The offline, objective-type exam will take place from 11 AM to 1 PM in around 400 exam centers across 26 districts of Andhra Pradesh. The test comprises 120 questions, with each question offering four options and only one correct answer. The exam includes three sections with a total of 50 questions in mathematics, 40 questions in physics, and 30 questions in chemistry, with each question carrying one mark. No negative marking for incorrect answers will be given. The question paper is based on the SSC examination syllabus prescribed in April 2023. During the exam, candidates will have to answer the questions on an Optical Mark Reader (OMR) response sheet.

- candidates must visit the official website of SBTET at polycetap.nic.in,
- locate the ‘Print Hall Ticket’ link on the homepage,
- click on it, enter their AP SSC roll number or registration number on the new page,
- submit the required details, and download the admit card.
Candidates must verify all the details mentioned on the admit card and take a printout for future reference or examination purposes.
As per the exam guidelines, candidates will be allowed to enter the exam hall one hour before the scheduled start time of the examination. It is mandatory for all candidates to carry a hard copy of their AP POLYCET admit card on the day of the examination.
The SBTET will tentatively announce the AP POLYCET 2023 result on May 25. The POLYCET exam provides admission to students seeking diploma-level courses conducted in government, private, aided, non-aided polytechnics, and existing private un-aided engineering colleges across the state.
